Barcelona, October 20 - The Ministry of Education, led by Inigo Mendez de Vigo, is considering creating a professional bullfighting qualification. The new degree is designed for "students who fail to pass compulsory secondary education" (ESO) and would be taught at secondary schools in Spain or in collaboration with bullfighting schools under the name " Bullfighting and auxiliary livestock activities " . It is the first time that this practice is regulated by administrative means.

Faced with this surprising and amazing news, that puts us in the Middle Ages, we only can show our indignation at the absurdity, nonsense and lack of ethics of a couse of studybased on the torture of an animal.

This "surreal proposal" only shows that those who are ruling our country, are enemies of animals and that they ignore the demand of the vast majority of citizens who urge to put an end to cruel spectacles with animals.
